The company specializes in the processing of black alder, aspen and linden logs. The factory is located in the northern part of Latvia, in the rural area of the town of Salacgriva. We carry out a full processing cycle - from sawing logs to the finished product. The processing volume of saw logs is 45,000 - 50,000 m3 per year. Woodworking company Ltd "Silviko" was established in 1994. in Valmiera. The main activity of the company is timber processing. Timber for construction is sawn, dried and planed in production workshops located in Zilākalns and Jeru parishes. The applied technologies and more than 20 years of experience allow us to produce products of virtually any specification. The company also produces litter shavings and fuel pellets. LTD "Silviko" the majority of production, which is about 80%, is exported to Japan, 10% to East Asian countries( South Korea, Pakistan) and 10% are sold in the European Union and Latvian markets.

LTD "IS" the log production plant is located in Valmiermuiža. Two production lines are currently operating in our log house production facility, where turned logs are prepared with high precision and quality for the frame of each log house, guaranteeing the preparation of high-quality building material for the further construction process. The capacity of our production facility ensures a high pace of production of log houses, which is an essential prerequisite for being able to produce all necessary volumes of log houses ordered in time and to be able to fully develop and work on export markets. Currently, our log buildings are installed all over Latvia, we have started several projects in Estonia. In the next 2 years, we plan to start exporting the manufactured log houses to Germany, France, Poland and Scandinavian countries.
